3.1 Rental Services
We provide furniture rental services on a subscription basis. All products remain the property ofCohabit AB and must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear.
3.2 Delivery and Collection
We offer delivery and collection services subject to availability in your area. Delivery fees and timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Account and Registration
To use our rental services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your contact information is up to date
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Placing Orders
Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5.2 Pricing and Fees

6. Rental Terms
6.1 Rental Period
The rental period begins on the delivery date and continues according to your subscription plan (monthly or custom). You may cancel or modify your subscription as per the cancellation policy below.
6.2 Care and Maintenance
You must:
- Use products only for their intended purpose
- Keep products in good condition with reasonable care
- Not modify, repair, or attempt to repair products without authorization
- Not sublease or transfer products to third parties
- Report any damage or defects immediately
6.3 Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, loss, or theft of products during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement will be invoiced based on the extent of damage.
7. Cancellation and Returns
7.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period. Collection will be scheduled upon cancellation confirmation.
7.2 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds for valid cancellations or returns will be processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless products are defective.
8. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must ensure someone is available to receive deliveries at the scheduled time. Collection is scheduled upon cancellation or subscription end. Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries or collections due to customer unavailability.
9. Liability and Warranties
9.1 Product Condition
All products are inspected before delivery. We strive to ensure products are in good working condition. Please inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cohabit AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cohabit AB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
